This YTK-190III semi-automatic round bottle labeling machine is suitable for labeling of various specifications of cylindrical objects, which can realize full / half cycle labeling / front and back labeling of the circumference; the spacing between the front and back can be adjusted arbitrarily; the intelligent degree is higher, the operator only needs to put products and take items; the pneumatic switch is automatically completed; the operation process is reduced.

Working Principle
The bottle sensor will send a signal to the control system once you put the bottle on bottle holder(if you choose pedal mode,it will send a signal when you press the pedal).Then the system controls the label to be sent out and attach labels to the suitable position.After that,it will return back and wait for the next signal.

Operation Panel
This machine can be used for single side or double side labeling.English operation panel make it easy to test and use the machine.
Electric eye
It can detect the label/bottle accurately, this prevent from leaking and wasting label/bottle.
Stop button
With stop button,can protect the machine from damaged and keep the operator safe during working.The labeling speed is also adjustable for control the machine better.
Barometer
With barometer which can help you check the air pressure in all the real time.Customer can adjust the air pressure as their need.Please notice that you need to buy the air compressor separately.
Date coder
This machine can add date coder to print date on the bottle.
